AB Linda  J.  W.  Anderson,  DNP,  MPH,  RN,  PHN  (Chapters  4,  9)  is  Professor  of  Nursing  and  Director  of  the  Pre-licensure  Nursing  Program  at  Bethel  University  in  St.  Paul,  Minnesota.  She  teaches  public  health  nursing  theory  and  clinical.  Current  research  interests  include  investigation  of  the  use  of  the  Public  Health  Intervention  Wheel  in  school  nurse  practice.  She  has  served  as  a  Fulbright  Specialist  to  Diakonova  University  College  in  Oslo,  Norway.
